By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

1. About us
Retreatment ("we," "us") hosts holistic health and wellness events in Texas. Contact us at retreatmentaustin@gmail.com.

2. Age requirement
All attendees must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult and approved ahead of the event time. To request approval for a minor, email retreatmentaustin@gmail.com before the event. We may ask for ID at check-in and may refuse entry, without refund, to anyone who is under 18 and has not been approved, or who cannot show they meet these requirements.

3. Tickets
Tickets are sold through our website. The price shown at checkout is the total price, including any mandatory fees. A ticket gives one person admission to the event date listed. Please review the event details before buying.

4. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these terms and is available on our website.

5. Ticket transfers
You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing retreatmentaustin@gmail.com with your name, order information, and the new attendee's name and email. The new attendee must meet our age requirement in Section 2 and agree to these terms.

6. Health and wellness disclaimer
Our events are for general wellness and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not replace care from a licensed healthcare professional. Consult your doctor before participating if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. Participation in any activity is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you assume all risks of attending and participating in our events. Retreatment and its organizers, instructors, and volunteers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We may ask you to sign a separate waiver at an event.

8. Conduct
We may remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others or staff, without refund.

9. Photos and recording
We take photos and video at our events for promotion. By attending, you agree that we may use your image for this purpose. If you do not want to appear in them, tell a staff member at check-in.

10. Changes to events
Speakers, schedules, and venues may change. If we cancel or reschedule, Section 4 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted when you buy your ticket applies to your purchase.
