Refunds requested by you
You may request a refund up to 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the event. To request one, email retreatmentaustin@gmail.com with your name and order information. Requests made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

If we cancel an event
You will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

If we reschedule an event
Your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If the new date doesn't work for you, you may request a refund by emailing us within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.

Ticket transfers
If you can't attend, you can transfer your ticket by emailing retreatmentaustin@gmail.com. Please include the new attendee's name and email.
