About the event
Learn how to use your voice and the sound of OM to create harmonic frequencies, bringing an entire class together in harmony with the sound of your voice. We will also play with guitar and sound bowl harmonics. Geared to yoga teachers, YTT grads, and all other sound explorers. Guest teachers Chirs and Ryder bring decades of musical training to this workshop. Meet Your Facilitators:
Chris H. Chris is a composer, multi-instrumentalist, sound practitioner, and meditation teacher with over 15 years of experience in music, performance, and immersive sound. His work explores the intersection of harmony, consciousness, and the human experience—using voice, instruments, and intentional listening as tools for connection and presence. Drawing from a background in classical composition, live performance, meditation, and sound design, Chris creates experiences that invite people not simply to hear sound, but to feel it, participate in it, and build relationship with it.
